My background as a teacher shaped how I approach instructional design. I blend creativity, problem-solving, and a commitment to lifelong learning into everything I do.
In the classroom, I saw firsthand how learners thrive when training is engaging, practical, and tailored to real-world challenges.
That experience drives me to design learning that goes beyond information delivery, helping learners to practice, reflect, and build confidence in meaningful ways.
I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education, along with certifications as an Art Therapist Practitioner and an English Language Teacher to Adults.
I love tent camping (3-night max!), reading historical and science fiction, creating art, and traveling.
I am originally from Buffalo, NY and have lived in 2 countries and 5 states.
Specializing in scenario-based learning, I combine relatable characters and realistic challenges that draw learners in from the start.
When training feels relevant, engagement increases.
